Driver's side doors were not in a bad shape to be honest, I've just had to replace that one corner.

Passenger's side was much worse. I had to do the whole bottom at the inside and replace about 20 cm strip of door skin.

This video deserves some voiceover I guess, I might do it when time permits. So just quickly here - after doing all metalwork I've painted it all with epoxy primer (inside as well) and covered mating surfaces from doors and door skin with seam sealer (APP PU-50). It's very important to leave water drains open as door skin 'sweats' a lot and it will rust crazy fast without them.
