Kayaba shock absorbers were in quite good shape performance wise, just rusted. After covering the seal area I've media blasted them with 80 grit copper slag (Polgrit) I've painted them with Novol Protect 360 epoxy primer and after that Spectral RAL 9005 direct gloss acrylic.

Now the axles:

Splash shields were zinc plated and chrome passivated, rest of gear after media blasting with 80 grit Polgrit were painted with Protect 360 and black Spectral top gloss acrylic. For assembly and greasing I've used RedLine CV-2 red molly grease.
